Factory fresh Subaru OEM front knuckle. Bolts to the strut and holds wheel bearing and hub in place.
What's the difference between the 2005 item and the 2006-2007? The 2005 car had an external bolt-on mass damper and associated bracket on the back side of the brake caliper. The 2006 car got rid of the external mass damper and it was incorporated into the knuckle itself. See the photos for details.
For what it's worth, the 2005 knuckle weighs 10.2 lbs/4.6kg. The 2006-2007 knuckle weighs 11.05 lbs/5.0kg.
Fits all 2005-2007 Subaru WRX STI. Specify model year and left or right side. Note: Driver/passenger notations are assuming a US market/left-hand drive (LHD) car.
