Description
Exedy makes the OEM clutch on your Subaru, and it's not a bad clutch, either, so you know these folks know their stuff. This complete kit includes everything you need to upgrade your stock clutch, including the Stage 1 clutch, an OEM-quality Exedy flywheel, throwout and pilot bearings, and a clutch alignment tool.
The Exedy Stage 1 upgrades to a heavier pressure plate compared to stock, with a full-face organic disc -- note that this will lead to more chatter and less-smooth uptake than the stock replacement clutch.
Torque capacity measured at the wheels: 301 lb-ft.
Fits all manual-transmission 2015-2021 WRX.
Note: This Exedy clutch/flywheel kit is based on the 230mm clutch/flywheel originally offered on the 2015-2018 WRX, but can be installed on ALL 2015-2021 WRX models. Mid 2018-2021 cars used a larger 240mm clutch/flywheel, so the clutch coming out will be slightly (10mm) larger than this 230mm assembly going in, but operation will be the same.
